本人穿鞋身高188，在高中时由于各种原因一直是打C，三年下来也小勾手也已经相当纯熟，如果防守人个子比自己小那就相当有把握。但我很喜欢Magic那样的后卫也想向那发展，但由于运球较高突破时很容易被协防人断球，请问如何能更好地保护球？有没有什么好的练习方法？
还有由于速度不是很快现在我由外而内的进攻几乎都是持球切入然后依靠转身打板或勾手（如果打外面的话一般都比自己矮一些），老徐能不能在进攻方面给一些建议呢？
还有现在我在练习后撤步，但有时防守压力太大不得不在罚球线就后撤，无法更深入有没有什么好的方法或如何练习？

请问老徐先生~~~关于进攻犯规~~~
我方进攻，投球没进，我在合理冲撞区内抢到前场篮板，但是落地时太靠近端线，后面又有防守队员紧紧帖住我，我出手的角度已经被封死了，为了把球打进，我运球，然后用背扛一下后面的防守队员，为自己开辟出一点空间，然后擦板，球进。
防守我的那小子说我撞了他，这球算犯规，还骂我，我没理他，他以为我好欺负居然还想对我动手，TMD，比我矮半头又是吸毒身材，敢在我面前这么嚣张，当时就想揍他一顿。可是我又不确定我是不是犯规了，如果犯了规又揍人怎么也说不过去，我就走了，跟这种亡命之徒打架真不值得。
请问这个动作算犯规吗？
还有就是当你遇到这种极端的情况你会怎么办？

除了在NBA里的比赛 任何篮球比赛都没有合理冲撞区
如果防守球员站到你后面 没有移动 身体躯干正直 四肢和你没有接触 你往后运球 撞倒他 规则上说 是你撞人犯规 如果他不符合上述条件 那另当别论
一般这种情况
首先你失去进攻的有利位置 最好不要去用“撞”来得到位置 而应该用“挤”的方式慢慢运球贴着防守者 把他挤开 当然前提是你的力量要占优势

个人回答一下你的问题 抢2次篮板 自投自抢比抢防守篮板容易主要是因为 自己投的篮 自己比任何人都了解球不进的话弹到哪里去
另外 很多次我想都是你突破或者抢到篮下有利位置后因为投篮技术不完善或者受干扰而没进球 这样你本身就处于比其他球员更有利的抢篮板的位置 抢防守篮板 就没有以上那些有利条件 你必须首先挡人 然后判断 最后在对抗的情况下抢起跳抢到球 不过正常的比赛 其实抢防守篮板比进攻的容易多 因为合理的防守位置是进攻队员和篮筐之间 只要转身挡人 就好了

老徐以及各位大侠，我身高169CM，弹跳一般，速度也一般，中投还行，热爱篮球，这种身体素质只好朝汉密尔顿方向发展，但是请问： 单挑的时候，对方贴身拦在我身前，我投不了篮，在急停和后撤步还不熟练的情况下，右手准备突破，同时注意保护球（上身挺直前倾、左右腿前后分开、半蹲、身体挡在球和防守人之间、运球高度在膝盖下），却感觉自己一直在用左手用力把对方掏球的手拨开，根本没精力再去过人，而且这种姿势也不利于加速度过人，根本突破不了，怎么办？ 因为对方左手很快，不注意保护，一加速（打球的都知道，一旦加速，想利用速度过人，就不可能保持上面挎号里的教科书的姿势了），尽管用身体倚着他了，可是往往人过去了，球被掏掉。 请大侠指导啊，这个难题要怎么解决啊？不再依靠速度，靠变向吗？变向完，往往感觉他又贴上来了！
