GeckoOS使用方法
1、将下载好的文件解压缩，出现一个geckoos文件夹，将其存放在SD卡a 文件下。
2、将SD卡插入Wii主机，开机运行Homebrew Cha el。
3、进入Homebrew Cha el，点击Gecko OS。
进入后用十字键进行上下选择，然后插入盘，选择第一个：就能略过升级，读盘了。
卡盘一半在外一般在内是因为直读芯片和新版wii主机兼容性不好引起的次要就是盘不是很好。解决方法是重开机，差不多就能够取出碟了。但是难免有时不行，那就要和wii抢盘了。 2009-11-03 15:17:12

Wii 是日本任天堂公司(nintendo)2006年11月19日所推出的家用游戏主机，Wii属于第七世代家用游戏机，同时期的竞争对手是微软的Xbox 360（xbox360）及Sony的PlayStation 3（ 3）。
前所未见的控制器使用方法、怀旧主机游戏软件贩卖下载、无关游戏的生活资讯内容、运用网络的功能及各项服务等均为 Wii 的主要特色。也因为这些功能，与同时期的 Xbox 360 及 PlayStation 3 不以处理能力及画面显示上进行竞争。
开发时的代号为 “Revolution”（革命），表达“电视游戏的革命”为此主机的诉求。Wii 本体和周边制品型号的开头均为“RVL”。任天堂于2006年4月28日[3]在其官方网站 宣布了正式名称。
“ ‘Wii’听起来像是‘we’（我们），发音亦相同，强调该主机‘老少咸宜’、能让全家大小都乐在其中的概念。名称中的“ii”不仅象征著其独特设计的控制器，也代表人们聚在一起同乐的形象。”

主机本体
左方的双节棍形式的模拟控制器连接着Wii遥控器Wii 主机的机体是自任天堂制造电视游戏机以来最小的一部，大约仅有三个 DVD 外盒排放在一起时的大小，可水平或直立摆放，包装内包含直立专用的摆放架。
游戏机所使用的 CPU 及 GPU 由 IBM 、 ATI 共同开发，主内存采用 1T-SRAM 。使用 12厘米（cm）的 Wii 游戏光碟（单层／双层），及8厘米的 GameCube 游戏光碟。资料保存的部分，内建 512MB 的快闪存储器，故游戏的存盘资料、从网络服务“Wii Co ect 24”所下载的资料及 Virtual Co ole （虚拟游戏平台）软件均能保存于此。另外可利用外接 SD 记忆卡的方式扩充容量。
